How to make No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie Jars

This Easy, No-Bake Pie Recipe comes together in mere moments! You’ll love the crunchy Chocolate Cookie Crust and the Creamy Peanut Butter Filling. Serve it cold, in individual Jars for a refreshing and satisfying dessert.

You are going to love how quick and simple this dessert is to whip up. It all starts with a little Dark Chocolate Graham Cracker action, in the bottom of a 6-ounce jar. If you don’t have chocolate graham crackers laying around, crushed Oreos would work equally well! I like to use this kind of mini-chopper to crush up the crumbs. Follow it up with a rich and fluffy, cream cheese-y no-bake peanut butter pie filling that comes together in mere moments. It’s so good it’ll make you slap your mama!

Instructions

TO MAKE THE FILLING:
  1. Place the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and salt in a medium mixing bowl and whip on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Slowly drizzle the cold cream into the bowl, in a thin stream, while continuing to whip on medium speed. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula, then turn the speed up to high and whip for about a minute more, until stiff peaks form.
TO ASSEMBLE:
  1. Place 3 tablespoons of cookie crumbs in the bottom of each jar. (I like to use a mini-chopper to crush the cookies.)
  2. Pipe or spoon the filling on top.
  3. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until it holds soft peaks.
  4. Layer about two tablespoons of whipped cream in each jar. Top with chocolate sauce and chopped peanut butter cups.
  5. Serve cold.
